Ground Shipping: 1-7 business days after an order is placed
Standard Shipping: 1-4 business days after an order is placed
Express Shipping: 1 business day after an order is placed
Shipping costs are based on the weight of contents on your order and the location to which the order is shipping. Shipping charges will be provided once you begin the checkout process.
Please be aware that Tide and Isle Co is not responsible for delayed transit times once your order leaves our site. We have no control over transit times once packages are given to the mail carrier. Should your package become delayed or lost, a claim will need to be filed with the shipping carrier.
RETURN / REFUND POLICY
At this time, we cannot accept returns, however we will always strive to ensure the satisfaction of our customers. We want to provide you with the best experience possible so if you have received a damaged or incorrect item, we will happily refund or replace the item as quickly as possible if photographic proof of damage is submitted to Tide and Isle CO within 72 hours of delivery. All of our products are hand-made out of natural ingredients and therefore there may be occasional variations in our products. These variations do not affect the integrity of our goods and will not be considered defects or damages:
Changes in temperature may cause "wet spots" on candles. This is a term used to describe a spot on a candle jar that looks as if water has seeped in between the wax and the jar. This is a natural occurrence that can happen when candles go through rapid or larger changes in temperature (going from an air-conditioned home/car to a hot, humid mailbox, temperature variations in winter months or even plane cargo etc). These "wet spots" do not impact the performance of your candles or the fragrance in any way.
Changes in humidity from shipping or if they are being stored in a humid environment (i.e. bathroom) may cause salt to clump together. This should not impact the efficacy of the salts, however, this can be prevented by keeping them stored in a lower humidity environment and not getting them wet.
