All of our products are hand-made out of natural ingredients and therefore there may be occasional variations in our products. These variations do not affect the integrity of our goods and will not be considered defects or damages:
Changes in temperature may cause "wet spots" on candles. This is a term used to describe a spot on a candle jar that looks as if water has seeped in between the wax and the jar. This is a natural occurrence that can happen when candles go through rapid or larger changes in temperature (going from an air-conditioned home/car to a hot, humid mailbox, temperature variations in winter months or even plane cargo etc). These "wet spots" do not impact the performance of your candles or the fragrance in any way.
Changes in humidity from shipping or if they are being stored in a humid environment (i.e. bathroom) may cause salt to clump together. This should not impact the efficacy of the salts, however, this can be prevented by keeping them stored in a lower humidity environment and not getting them wet.
